Wimbledon has a ridge running across it from Raynes Park up to Southfields which gives rise to around a dozen short but often quite steep climbs.

I did about 80% of the 2015 Rapha Rising challenge on Victoria Drive in this area and it’s a good place with pretty quiet roads to get some climbing done.

I’m always looking for stuff like this, well done. I agree with Barhatch being one of the toughest, but I think Bignor Hill in Sussex just beats it. In some ways it’s the opposite of Barhatch ; the steep part is at the bottom and if you can keep going on this part, getting to the top is just a matter of keeping going. Barhatch (and Pebble Hill to a lesser extent) save the hardest part right to the end when you are spent and knawing on the bars.
